The position for 3rd Year Rep will be up for nomination. Please post your self-nominations here by Monday at 11:59pm.
The position is only open for students that will be a part of iSci Level III next year, but will open for voting for all current iSci Level II students.
The key responsibilities for this role will be:
--Represent the 3rd Year Students, and be the key line of contact if any student has any concerns (and voicing those concerns to the Exec)
--Serve as the "International Liaison" that will facilitate students (if any) entering the program, as well as ensuring the iSci students abroad are connected with what's happening in iSci currently
--Serve as the sole permanent Curriculum Committee Member for our year (please e-mail me if you would like clarification of this)
--Communicate events, projects, and other relevant information to the year
Please post a self-nomination on this forum by Monday. You can put up a max of one page for a poster and one page for a written blurb/explanation on Wednesday morning only in iStudy. No online/social network campaigning may be permitted. Voting for this role will take place on Friday from 9:30-3:30 in iStudy, be sure that you all vote!
If you choose to run for the position of VP Internal as well, your nomination will be rescinded if you happen to win the other position.
